I found out that booster 4 and 5 were stopping end of June and I hadn't had a call.

Sent an email to surgery with copy of Blood Cancer UK, GP letter. Had a reply to say to contact booking office. Called them, no appointment booked for me need to get doctor to update records.

As it happened yesterday I went to GP with a severe migraine. Whilst I was there I showed them Blood Cancer UK letter. Doctor said she would email practice manager as they sorted records. If I hadn't heard from them by middle of next week to contact them.

Less than 2 hours after doctor's appointment I got a text to say a vaccination appointment had been made for me on 27th June. Obviously, been coded wrong or people looking at codes didn't understand PV.

Anyway, although late, still a result.

How many others have been missed!!.

If you haven't already, it maybe worth contacting GP to ensure you have been categorised properly. I had text this morning from GP to say they had altered my categorised. Hope you get it sorted.

Thank you enormously, I recently received an email regarding a 5th jab but was complacent about booking. Not any more.
