Has anybody else had this problem? I was on Pegasys and then after my first Pfizer injection all my blood counts, haem, whites and platelets dropped dramatically. So my consultant stopped my Pegasys. This happened in January and my cc is still all low. My counts have been perfect for years before this happened.

My numbers also dropped after the Pfizer vaccine. I made a post yesterday about it and am thinking it's a good thing because I can take less chemo (Dr. cut my hydroxy by 20%). We'll have to see how long this effect lasts.
I had the moderna shots and did the same thing for two months then my Platlets doubled the third month which was bad ( they went to 1.4 million) which is like taking no medication at all for me
Was it after 2 dosages? How long after Pfizer was the drop?
Hi This happened to me for the first dose but didn’t for the second and now totally back to normal! Part of me was hoping it was some miracle cure but alas no! Are your counts back to normal now?

This is why I was afraid to take the Pfizer shot or any shot for that matter I finally got my platelets before the Pfizer to 499 when it was between 5 and 6 for years but I'm always coming up negative on the jak2 mutation however I'm going to take a blood test in the next couple weeks so wish me luck I wouldn't mind my platelets dropping back to 450 and under however I don't need my hemoglobin to drop because then that would mean I have anemia so no matter what these shots if they're messing with our blood count that's a not a good thing
I only took one Pfizer because I was afraid of even worse side effects after the second because I had terrible side effects after the first blurry vision headache complete fatigue eye twitching diarrhea for 2 weeks vomiting it was like a complete rejection for me and then my face broke out in a rash so I never chanced it with the second and in a way having high platelets for six years does that not mean you have a blood clotting disorder called reactive thrombocytosis and if so it states right on the MRNA vaccines form not to take a vaccine if you have a blood clotting type of disorder or allergies
I really took a chance taking one and I kind of regret it but I was told by my cardiologist I have anywhere between 50 and 80% efficiency so it's better than nothing. Anything messing up your blood panel is scary but so is covid. Yikes to not knowing what to choose. I miss 2019
