Just had my Covid vaccine, arranged online without a letter, no one asked for it. If you have not had a letter, try booking yourself instead of waiting to be called. It worked for me and my husband today.

You are told to wait to be called... to wait for a letter or a text message to arrange to book your vaccine.

Yes we are, in the meantime, the world and his wife are booking on line without one., so I have been told many times.

I’ve had mine, but In my area, Devon, we have been told if in the first 4 groups to book online for a vaccine centre that has just opened. They are saying to book before midnight today for an appointment tomorrow.

I presume you are over 70 or have been advised to shield during lockdown by the NHS!

Yes I am over 70 and have et jak2+, 9 years taking hydroxycarbamide.

In Leicestershire we can book online at a local hospital with swift queue if you are either over 70 or vulnerable, we have done this then the next day had a letter as well as a call from GP. Might be different in different areas.

Post code lottery I guess, it’s not clear wherever you live, I only came across the booking system by chance.

You can book online, or do it on the phone on 119. I was told to expect a letter, but that was ten days ago, and it still hasn't arrived. The system seems to be working very well.

Yes I have just read up and you can book online without a letter if you are 70 or over.
