Missed that post the other day .

Really could be useful if known about very early and possibly ,natural remedies alone could be used to help the body to become balanced .

BEFORE other stresses happen ?

I do think so many factors are at play ....

We are learning more, but much still to learn. It is not clear why the clonal expansion occurs that triggers the disease symptoms. I can't help but to think that lifestyle choices have impact. What impact is not so clear. Hopefully more will be learned.

I’m sure lifestyle choices have impact ..

We are so much more than our thinking brain. By doing things like Qi gong we activate the natural energy . And don’t block it . A long slow process to ‘undo’

But worth the journey...
