What is everyone’s thoughts on the covid vaccine? Is it safe for those with MPN? Has anyone received advice from their haematologists yet?

My Haematologist advised me to have it, and I had the first Pfizer jab on 19th December. The second one is due on 9th January. No side effects so far.
