Hi received sheilding letter today threw the post didnt think was getting one this time round but least not has like the last sheilding time in March or August can still go out for excrises and so on😊 stay safe everyoneXx

Nothing has changed re. the R number ,so it’s best to continue doing what is sensible , safe and comfy for you. Xx

Hi jody00, can i ask if you are in Scotland or England and got a shielding letter ? Not all GP's have the opinion that patients with ET should shield. Again ive had to go through the stress of phoning GP only to be told I'm NOT in the shielding category with ET. Why are they not all on the same page with this ? Stay safe 🙂

Yes I've had sheild letters every time had to sheild one in April then a got 1 in August I've hadn't got 1 such has yet with post been behind from last 2 weeks,if a get 1 a should get by end of week but Boris has said to those who have been shielding need to sheild again so that will be us am in England a don't understand why your doctor has said that to u at all,my doctors told me I got to be very careful has covid19 to do with blood clotting with me having ET a need to sheild and try not to go out a know its hard but a do go for a walk just don't go near anyone has a need some bit of fresh air and a walk a day Xxx

If a was u just sheild because u should of had shielding letters with ET just be carefull if u go out for a walk and stay safe Xxx
