Hi Chrissie, I have E.t and I take mine every night before I go to bed , this way I can sleep through any nausea I may be feeling or upset stomach , I've been on hydroxy 7 months now and that routine seems to work for me .otherwise I feel very tired .

Hi jase , thank you for replying I will give it a try . Anything is worth a go .

Hi Chrissie hope you are doing ok and things good with you.I am only on 500mg hydroxy 3 times a week but I take it at night or at least late eve. My haematologist suggested it so if any I get any side effects I sleep through them. I would definitely suggest taking it at night or at least one fo your daily doses then All the Best Lizx

Hi, I'm on the same dose as Yorkie, 2 x 500 weekdays and 3 x 500 weekends, I also take them last thing at night - on the recommendation of the haematologist, and take my aspirin in the morning. that way the side effect of tiredness helps you sleep (sort of!). I used to get a lot of acid but my body has got used to the tablets now so that isn't as bad.
