Hi I have E/T and P/V my blood results just back my red blood cell is low and my lymphocytes are high along with high ALT has anyone had this ?
I’m on hydroxycarbamide 1500 mg daily and already had a splenectomy in 2014
Worried regarding lymphocytes turning into Leukemia

You need your haematologist to explain these findings. Are you having face to face clinic appointments and when is your next appointment? You could also request a call back from your haematologist or GP to discuss your concerns. Ask for a repeat blood test in a week or two.
What are the lymphocyte and rbc numbers?
The low rbc could be a side effect of hydrea. I’m on hydrea for ET and it lowers my rbc to borderline levels.
Some reasons for raised lymphocytes are infection and inflammation. I know you’ve had a splenectomy and maybe this has had some impact on the lymphocyte count.
Importantly, I’m no medical expert, just offering you some support. Speak with the professionals.

Hi thanks he rang me and assured me that they are above the high top end figures on my lymphocytes and low red blood cells and high ALT aim my liver
He said it wasn’t a concern for him apart from the ALT as they’ve been above average for 4 years
He is organized a scan on my liver which I’m just waiting on an appointment
I’ve just bought three months supply of milk thistle to see if this helps also
I’m on lots of medication which doesn’t help my liver
