Communication Problem

My user name is Townie and I have been a member of this ET group since 2017. I have been unable to comment to the group for about 18 months, or ever since the security was updated since about in 2018/19 I am receiving comments and emails but my comments are not getting through.

Please can someone help me??

Not sure what you mean by 'comments'.

You're not by any chance using the iPhone/iPad app are you? Rather than from the web page.

The trouble with apples is you never know when you're going to find a bug - or worse yet, half a bug.

If you're using the web page, check your profile settings.

Hi Townie, I had this problem about six months ago. I could see all the posts but couldn't reply or write any posts myself. It was when they updated the website and we discovered as my iPad is getting old, it didn't have a high enough (is it megabyte?) not very well up on these technical things. Anyway, I emailed Admin and they tried all sorts and in the end told me to go on their App, which I did and it worked. However I can still get through to reply to posts again on here. I get the notifications through email. Hope this helps. Fran

Judging from your past comments, you were probably banned or suspended from commenting. Your previous comments were a bit insensitive (implying PV or ET wasn’t a cancer because your hematologist told you so even though facts were provided to you. MPN’s are in fact blood cancers. These comments are especially insensitive to people in this forum who are symptomatic or who have progressed to more severe cancers such as AML or MF) and a bit argumentative.

I only complained that I wasn’t “told” was blood cancer, I’ve had ET for nearly 30 years now and we had no real information in those days.
