That’s really interesting! I’m expecting that there will be major progress in terms of research, understanding & treatment of trauma, particularly complex PTSD, over next few years. CPTSD underlies such a broad range of mental health and societal issues - self harm, suicide, abuse, addiction, criminality, education inequality etc etc. It’s fascinating to think that this is the first time in our lifetime that we’ve experienced collective trauma globally. We have a great opportunity here!
