We are all of us in a very unsettling time, and are obviously worried about our own health with having a MPN, but also worried about our families and elderly relatives, particularly those who are in nursing/residential care homes and can no longer be visited, this is going to have a massive impact on everyone, so it might help to read the advice issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) about mental health considerations
