When Challenged with, “are you afraid?”, Ebenezer Scrooge relied to the Spirit, “well, I am a mortal and liable to fall.” So the Spirit reached out its hand to him as an invitation-“Bear but a touch of my hand and you will be upheld in more than this.”

And this has been your spirit, MPN Voice. Just perhaps, it is the severity of our condition that is our introduction to new mercies.

As Tiny Tim said "God Bless us everyone." Blessings to you and all of our MPN family. We will be even stronger with you as part of this forum.

It's refreshing to have Dickens quoted by an American!

Mark Twain has the best quotes to encapsulate this site though. Try:

"The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up."

And:

"Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see."
