Hi. I too am on Warfarin and have been advised that this can disturb the INR so as much as I would like to try it have given it a miss. Sorry can't help more.
Kind regards Malaika
CBD oil uses the same digestive pathway as Jakafi (also grapefruit) which means you should leave 4 hours between them. If you take Jakafi at regular intervals every 12 hours it does not leave much time to conveniently take the three doses of CBD oil as recommended in the day. I therefore put a hold on using the oil. Best wishes, Jan
I'm on Anagrelide, I've also been taking CBD oil for my severe arthritis pain for about 4 months. It has had no effect on my platelets - either way. It has helped with my pain and taken the edge off it, I tried stopping it and the pain came back. I take it twice a day, a couple of sprays under the tongue and hold it in my mouth for a while. It doesn't taste very nice but not too bad and I have a mint after. Hope that helps.
