Well had a chest ray normal. abdominal scan small gallstone .All bloods nothing found apart from raised platelets still ..only symptom is tiredness.so still dont know whats wrong with me .see consultant again in 3 months after a bone marrow biopsy even though the bloods were ok . Started on aspirin .

Tiredness/fatigue is a very common symptom with all MPN's even when blood counts are within normal range. Your bone marrow biopsy will confirm which MPN you have.
