Tinzaparin and flying

Hi just wondering if anyone has anyone has experienced any problems when taking tinzaparin for flying? I'm going on hols in a couple of weeks it's a Four and half hour flight and my heomotologist has prescribed a low dose before the flight to reduce the risk of a clot. Im ET Jak 2+ and only on aspirin at the moment. My platelet count at my last blood test was 476 which i guess is realatively low compared to some counts reported on here but I think the doc was airing on the side of caution as there is a history of clots in the family.
