Thanks for posting this -sounds positive.
I try hard to understand, IF a treatment that will have a positive outcome on bone marrow fibrosis, will prolong life expectancy or halt the disease progression.. But i can't understand what long-term outcome will have.
This synergetic effects could halt the progression of MF?
