Of course i am NOT a doctor, but i know that trilineage hematopoiesis, is typical of PV's bone marrow biopsy, but because all MPNs have sometimes overlapse s, the final diagnosis is made from bone marrow biopsy PLUS blood counts to so to be accurate.I just right now show your previous post that says you don't look consistent with an MPN. Below, doctor recommends further testing like serum erythropoietin. This value i believe, will differentiate true PV from secondary PV??? In true PV, this serum is usually decreased, but in "false" PV is normal i think.. "false" PV is when someone px smokes a lot
