Looks to me like it’s saying the results aren’t consistent with an MPN, so that’s positive. But definitely ask your doctor for the true medical opinion.

After reading your Bone Marrow report, the take away is that the findings are not indicative of an MPN. However, he is suggesting to your Dr. that Clinical follow-up would be advised. Suggestions to your Dr. are being made as to what tests to order when bloods are drawn.

Mine was exactly the same 6months before!

However i had only two phlebotomy s initially and then still now no one required and blood are pretty stable now.

Am jack2 negative so doctors said that we will have to wait and watch bcs there is nothing to lable it as a MPN

I have suspected as secondary polycythemia bcs i have an drinking and smoking habits

Not a medical expert but all looks like you have no signs of an mpn from the bone marrow biopsy
