Hurrah. I've been banging on about diet and exercise for the last five years - including doing presentations at forums in the UK and a presentation beamed worldwide.

At last someone like the wonderful Prof Mesa has picked up the cudgel.

Let's hope at least a few people listen to him.

This all I do is just best food you can buy and lots of exercise and I feel greet! Wouldn't even know I have ET. I missed the broadcast.
