Hello my MPN family, I had terrible pins and needles in my hands, was started on 500mg hydroxy and voila took pins n needles away. Ive been on 1gram now for little over a week and they have returned with a vengeance, has anyone else experienced this. I'm running them under cold water to relieve the pain 😢

Hi Lainy, I have never experienced this, and it isn't listed as a side effect of Hydroxycarbamide, so maybe you should speak to your GP about it. Best wishes, Maz
