Hi Skipper. We all know where you're coming from so don't feel alone. Someone said to me "if we listen to our body's whispers we can ignore it's screams! Makes sense to me. Most days I listen to mindfulness and meditation CDs but sleep for two hours! What if the hokey kokey really is what it's all about. Someone else said stop struggling with the struggle.
