Awww No I got shivers down my body reading that , God love you I
Do get cross with unruly dog's & there Owners , you come all the way to UK for that to happen , so sorry Sally , I'm sending you huge get well wishes x
I'm sure the weekend will get me bouncing Back to my healthy self again x
You do need to pace yourself honey ,,when I do a dog show ,I'm knackered tha next day ,,so I try to build up the good stuff ,inside me ,greens and fruit ,and rest in the afternoon ,for short periods ..then sleep after a warm bath , Next day I'm back to me again !! Remember you are not expected to be "super woman ",,,,,but you are special .take care of you !! Twinkly xx
Twinkly , I remembered your greens & fruit , so tea is going to be just that , I have Broccoli & fish for Dins , I love my veggies I must admit , So time to do just that
Im at work Now so finishing about 2pm , x
I was going to gym but just haven't got the strength ,
I joined 1 month ago but really haven't done much ,
I joined a swimming club with exercise ,,I lasted 3 weeks I found it difficult to lift a wet heavy body out of the pool ..so I do walk the dogs every day so that's o,k, for me !that and eating healthy is keeping me mobile ...
Ah Phelpsy. Way too much you need to pace the cleaning gardening etc and mind yourself. It can be so difficult to acknowledge to yourself that because of these dratted MPN's we just cannot do as much as we used to. Give yourself permission to have the next few days off and relax. Have a good nights sleep. Bruddery..
Wow slow down! I feel exhausted just reading your post....you need to pace yourself and factor in a bit of chill time . As for joining a gym , maybe not such a good idea ,if your walking regularly that is more than enough. Hope you feel brighter soon.
I know exactly how you feel! Yesterday took dogs out for a walk, 2 hrs geocaching with the kids, late lunch and back home to do tidying up, cooked dinner and then felt knackered. So frustrating though, as for some people that is like a normal day!
Hope you feel ok today, although I often feel as bad the next day too!
Walking is the best exercise and the cheapest too. I find that it takes much longer to throw off any infections and colds. My grandchildren are very generous with their colds and like to pass them around! Just had a new grandson on Thursday.
My daughter goes geocaching with her children, there are a few around Aldham, Colchester which is where I live and quite a lot in Layer-de-La-Haye.
OMG! I nearly had to go to bed and rest after just reading what you had accomplished in one day! You definitely need to cultivate a little voice that says "slow down, girl. The jobs will still be there tomorrow. Be kind to yourself"
Gosh Phelpsy, I know what you mean about the foggy head, but, what you achieved in one day is super amazing. Do pace yourself 'cos you need some energy to recover!
You've mentioned neither blood counts nor morphology. From experience, my stamina took a nose-dive when my RBC's started exhibiting reticulocytes. Please check with your Hematologist and pace yourself.
Hey Pam what a whirlwind you are! Know how difficult it is sometimes to pace yourself I work all week and try to pack all my chores and things I have to do into a weekend it can be exhausting, I do hope you heeling better soon. Take sometime for you and relax and I am sure you will be back on top form soon. Take care Liz C xx
Hi phelps, I do it all the time. Washed curtains etc in my hols was wasted this week! Got my bloods checked and they are ok but thought I was going end up totally off my feet!! Xx
Hi, oh you have done what I have a habit of doing - too much!! Did the same in the hols washed curtains etc etc, wasted for the rest of the hols!! Frustrating I know so well. Take care, I agree we are no longer superwoman but we would still like to be.xx aime
