My first forum and it was fabulous. Met some lovely people and listened to their stories. The speakers were informative and so approachable. Food was lovely and I wished it could have gone on for longer - I think we were about the last to leave! A big thank you to Maz and her team - it was great to meet you.

I was booked to come with my hubby and sis, but on Friday afternoon my back went into spasm and I had to pull out

I had a 2 level spinal fusion surgery 6 years ago and although it was a huge success and my back is much, much better since the surgery, this occasionally happens. When it does, I just have to rest , take pain killers and wait it out until the pain and spasm settles. Couldn't believe it happened the day before Leeds - I was gutted as it was my first forum aswell and I was really looking forward to meeting everyone and hearing the guest speakers. We are booked onto the Newcastle one so really looking forward to that .

A big thank you to Maz for organising everything and so pleased it went so well I hope you were able to offer our places to some other pepes on your waiting list Maz .
