Claiming critical illness

Hi. My insurance company said I can put in a claim for critical illness for et. However the haemotologist is taking forever with the forms. Any idea how long he might take

When I claimed it took weeks for my consultant to respond. He did .......... eventually. Just keep phoning his secretary.
