Entertain your friends, have fun and raise funds for MPN voice!

Hi everyone,

I've just finished the first fund raising lunch in aid of MPN.

I invited 11 friends, and charged them all £16.

For that they got 2 courses and a glass of wine or elderflower fizz. We had a great time, Maz sent me loads of info so it all raised awareness too.

The lunch raised £176, and I'm running a raffle - today's takings for that were £135 making a total of £311 for the day.

I've organised another 4 lunches, just relaid table for the next one next Friday!

If 100 people did just one lunch and no raffle, we could raise £17,600 for MPN voice, even if it's a BBQ, no one minds paying for a good cause!

Great idea if you can cook.....I am exhibiting in U K November at one of my daughters fund raising events,we shall donate proceeds to M P N,or some at least as a cancer charity is beneficiary at the moment.so hope we manage ...Sally
