Feel like I've been away from here forever. I have been attempting to start up my new business. I have on,y got 8 days left in the Royal Navy, I have decided to go in to the fitness industry, try and focus on how fitness can improve those dank and dark feelings we have all had every now and again.....those aches and pains we feel on a daily basis......and to attempt to combat.....oh yes you've guessed it; dreaded fatigue. A lot has to be said for moving a little bit and raising our heart rates......especially us that are on beta blockers....
Maybe check it out for those that know me in Facebook the link is on my page, for those that don't; Michelle Russell fitness or look at my website; michellerussellfitness.com

Morning Chelle. What a wonderful upbeat post, your positivity is infectious. Well done you . I wish you all the best in your new venture . Hope you have great success .
Well done you! One of my sons was in the Navy for 8 years and he now has an excellent job as a Marine Engineer, and works all over the world, the forces seem to give people the confidence to get on in life.
I could certainly do with getting fitter, I do try! I go swimming 4 times a week, but only in the plodders lane, I don't seem to get any faster! Arthritis prevents me doing certain exercise but losing weight is helping me get moving a bit more.
Wow what a wonderful amount of lovely comments. Thanks all. The thing is with fitness is to move and not give in. It doesn't matter what lane you are swimming in, or where you come in the race, or if it takes you and hour to walk down the end of the road, it's moving and that's that, not giving up or giving in.
I was diagnosed for Rhodes of you who don't know back about 18 months ago, liver cirrhosis, portal vein thrombosis and the MPN-PV. I am on spironalactone, beta blockers, hydroxy, warfarin, and I think that's it....π³ but that's the only time I believe I'm ever I'll is when I'm taking my tablets. I pretend to myself and everyone else that I'm fine really.....I'm good at ignoring things.....
Twinkly I shall be there.....can't wait to see your lovely face xxx
