Has anyone been prescribed Exjade for iron overload? My consultant has prescribed this but reading the notes about it there are all sorts of dire warnings about not taking it if you suffer any kind of bone marrow problems. MF?

Any new medicine I am prescribed I run through the Medscape drug interaction checker. If anything comes up that I'm not happy about I get straight on the phone to the person (GP or Consultant) who prescribed it. Suggest you do the same with your obvious concern.
