Went to clinic on Tuesday ,I had really good blood test results.I'm feeling really well .except for frozen feet,frozen fingers at tea time ,

The cold I feel is really strange ,I can't seem to get warm except in a hot bath ..

Also I'm losing my nails on my toes , Doesn't matter in winter as I wear sox ,but hey what will I do in summertime ? I went to a nail bar in my town ,now I have white French tips on my finger nails ,looking gorgeous !! Never too old to try new ideas !! happy valentines day ....kisses. Xxxx

Hi Twinkly - sometimes when I am in bed all warm and cosy I go really cold all over. It doesn`t happen very often and when it does happen it doesn`t last long - weird. Also I will be interested to hear how you go on with your lost toe nails. I recently commented on my toe trauma and am now waiting for my two big toe nails to grow out (been told I will eventually lose them). Can paint them purple at the moment to match the bruising but don`t know what state they will be in in summer. Great doggy picture!!

I paint my nails on my feet ,thick dark pink .it hides the awfull look of them ..it's fine in winter ,I can wear sox ,but in the summer it's very difficult to let people see them ..uncovered ..the picture is my new puppy bitch imported from Moscow ..a Russian black terrier ,,named "Diva".....

Glad to clinic went well, good news re blood results x I have not experienced problem with my toe nails though all my nails bit weak. Hope you find a solution. Liz C
