Do you worry about being in a crowded venue ,full of germs .im going to NEC to show my dogs at crufts this week ,am I taking a chance ??...

Since we have limited immune systems damaged by these MPD problems .Do we take chances going into such crowded venues with air conditioning ,so many coughing and sneezing ,I was subjected to 2 children with measles recently ,it makes you think!!

I go to places..fly etc where people are snivling and coughing around...I am also working in a dental practice where I think people always go when they are ill....

Handwash! Cannot do that too much.Never touch something and then you face.Never! Handwashing is what keeps us away from most illnesses.It has to be done properly etcetera but it is the best thing to keep me well!

Hi Twinkly, yes def handwash. I got anti bacterial foam from Boots the chemist after my ops. Enjoy Crufts. x
