I have had migraines for 52 years!! (I’m 56) I have been using the curable app which has helped me understand that migraine are neuropathic pain. And the app has guided meditations, lots of information about pain, and all sorts of activities to do help reduce the pain.

some people are totally healed using this approach. The app was pioneered in the USA it costs about £45.00 for a year.
