Occasionally. I also have Persistent Positional Perceptual Dizziness which means I’m nearly always at least a little bit dizzy. I’ve learned to live with it and most days I can still drive and function pretty well. There are days when the ear pain and sensation of fullness are worse than usual without an increase in other symptoms. For me this is a warning sign that I need to be extra careful to avoid migraine triggers and take good care of myself in order to avoid a full blown episode
