What did you do to enable you to travel migraine free?

I certainly wasn’t migraine free, but they were much more manageable than I expected. I just made the most of times that I felt great, and took time out to rest at the not so great times. I also did all the usual things like keep my fluids up, get plenty of sleep, lavender oil and magnesium oil. I also find Theraspecs glasses really helpful.
