I know it can be difficult, I can remember the time when I had a migraine attack on a Christmas day many years ago, but seeing the joy on my sons faces and hearing their laughter made the day bearable.

I wish you well.

Thank you, I have reasons to celebrate this year, I have reached the grand old age of 81, just retired, and we will be celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary on Boxing day. If I can do it, anyone can. I have a scar on my chest from the open heart surgery to repair the PFO, which I had in 1961. Guess what, no more migraine. Take care of yourself.

Thank you and Fran in California. I can see the sun shining at the moment, it's a good day.

Enjoy and keep safe.

Same to you, Vivante! As the lady sings in that Disney movie: Let it go. Hang onto the warm fuzzies that filter through. And look forward to a better New Year!

And it did happen for lucky me - Migraine on Christmas Day - I had two small glasses of Prosecco - thought I'd be okay (silly me) - but by the evening there it was, a real monster mig that lasted through until the day after Boxing Day. Too fed up for words to express how it made me feel - I ruined Christmas for my partner and elderly father. ugh.

Hope you all had a mig-free Xmas.
