Good afternoon fellow migraineurs

I hope everyone is doing ok today - having a bit of a rest at work (suffering with a cold at the moment which is not helping with my migraines). I'm currently sat in the staff room with a flannel on my forehead just relaxing - hometime in 35 mins so I will go lay down for a couple of hours.

My reason for posting this afternoon is I just wanted to send a few hugs out there to anyone suffering today. Everyone here has a different experience with migraines and we are all connected by this pretty horrific affliction - albeit in various degrees of severity. I certainly consider myself one of the luckier ones as my severe migraines at not anywhere near as regular as some.

So for anyone out there suffering, much love x

Thanks darthwilko82, I'm sorry that you are suffering today. To be honest Ive been feeling like a pile of something unpleasant for a few days due to a cold. Bed is my only saviour. I hope things have improved today for you.
