I have a diagnosis of chronic migraneous vertigo, and while overall, my headaches are attributable to the vestibular malfunction, I also am once in a while suspecting certain nutritional triggers. I've tried leaving out stuff to test, but would like to get some advice on this from an expert*. Anyone know anyone in London?

Try having an allergy test. Cost me £50 at mu local health shop and I am allergic to quite a few things. Stopped eating them and my headaches have reduced dramatically. I don’t think a dietician can help with what is causing your migraines as every person is different and had different triggers. You need to find what you react badly to
