As a migraine sufferer, sometimes my week is good but sometimes it's bad.

This past week has been mixed in terms of how I've felt and I've tried my hardest to stay positive but it's so difficult.

I work in IT so am dealing with multiple screens at once which certainly isn't the most ideal profession for someone who suffers with migraines but it's the one that I've got and I love it. The past couple of days I've struggled with the light shining in from the carpark reflecting the sun off car bodywork. It's really hurt my eyes and a couple of times I've ended up with auras but thankfully they didn't lead to migraines.

I've been following a regimented plan of drinking SIS Go hydro Berry tablets, dissolved in water for the best part of a month and I have to say that I've felt a hell of a lot better for it when I have had a migraine. Usually I will spend the few hours following an attack subsiding feeling like I've been out on the brew. Since taking SIS Go hydro, I feel like I've just been for a really good sleep when the migraine is over which is such a welcome relief.

So in myself, I'm not feeling too bad. I'm tired but I don't tend to sleep much anyway. Going through a marriage separation has taken it's toll on my sleep pattern so I'm just grateful that my migraines have largely decided to behave.

Just wanted to let fellow migraine sufferers out there that there are good days to be had - you've just got to find your balance involving diet, sleep and knowing things to avoid.

Take care all

Rich

Hey have you tried green migralenses ( i got mine from Amazon - migralense).

I suffer with reflections/lights/screens etc and almost all of my migraines started with Aura but since wearing migralense i hardly have aura migraine.

It's worth a try, best £40 I've spent.

Be well !!
