About 3 weeks ago I had about 3 strong headaches during days. Then a couple days after a break I was woken 2 hours into sleep with excruciating one sided head ache lasted about 20 minutes. Happened again after going back to bed. Then had three days/nights of nothing. then a day of strong vertigo seasickness, that night woken up again but only a very slight headache, a panic attack and still vertigo. At first it was like a night terror, hypnotic as if still in R.E.M. Today vertigo has gotten mostly better.

Cluster or vestibular? Do people treat vestibular with psilocybin or LSA seed like clusters? High Vitamin d and melatonin as well?
