Hiya. I do and they are horrible, but I have a great migraine prevention programme and am mostly well now. Key to my recovery was seeing a vestibular physiotherapist. This was at my request - I was advised by a friend and so asked my GP for this referral. Easily the best thing I've ever done for my health. Recommend you do that too. Take care.

I have just been diagnosed with vestibular migraines, it had taken me 4 more months of misery and have just started on meds. The worst thing for me is feeling sick a lot and dizzy all the time, horrible 😥
