Hi kitty I can't offer any help except that I feel just the same as you. I to have done CBT and on a lot of medication which is not helping. I took an overdose before Xmas Becauce I have had enough of feeling this way. It just seams that my head just goes around in circals so I have just given up. Please take care x

Hello, Sorry to interrupt but had to just say that I also lost my little dog last year and I was heartbroken. A few months later my mum also died and this christmas has been awful without her. I can honestly say I know how you feel! I miss them both so much. All the best

Hi

Yes, I know that feeling too. I hope Christmas and Nw Year were not too bad for you.
