@@hi great post and this is my first reply on here i decided need to try a different site i can relate to your post im usually quite a upbeat person in between my bad times from lifes events health etc can usually manage to laugh but lately i feel ive not much left in me im exhausted cried out the fun in me has gone i used to be able to help others not sure im that able now i will keep trying, i hope the universe will and the powers that be will shine on me and us all and give us strength and new hope at the full moon as we look out friday will you 🤗🌝🌟

We have to be very careful with mental health and need our rests/holidays/breaks. If you ever need to talk about I can talk. With me it took along time to admit I was doing badly but having support groups really help. Take all the time you need to get back to your bright self..here we can feel free to post all our downs - do use this site and it helps others to understand themselves or others
