most self help books by Matt Haig, Ruby Wax also does some really good books for understanding mental health.

Not really a self help book, but a story of one guy trying to overcome his OCD. "The man who couldn't stop"

Personally, I find that reading books/stories about other people's mental struggles, helps me by making me feel less alone/not the only one.

This book was a good read for me, as it not only gave his story, but also referred to other historical people with mental struggles.

You could read think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill, I read it once and I personally think it is helpful for self help.
