Look are take part in activities you enjoy, Diversions do help and you will gain confidence. I enjoy history and gardens, tomorrow I visit one of the largest gardens in this area. I have not visited the place for over thirty years.

Consider places outside you enjoy remembering you need to fulfil your needs and explanations

Hello I'm blue11.I hope this finds well and I wish you well on your journey.Your question is a view of yourself that can change and it can be changed by you .I was with a self group called recovery, which is run by people who have recovered from issues and teach the skills that can lead to a normal life .They are non profit making, big in America and also Ireland .You would have to contact them yourself as their books and information are not on sale in book shops.Thier founder was called Dr A Low a d they are called Recovery ,You can find help and I wish you the best of every thing good ,GB
