Hi...I kept on having a feeling of breathlessness..Almost feel like I have something stuck on my chest. I have been taking 150mg. Have been feeling it more severe today. Been about 12 times. Been doing the deep breaths to release but it comes back again. Been on this amount for nearly for weeks. Can someone advice me about this please. Really concerned. Please help

It takes a while to adjust. You can get all sorts of side affects. I had a really rough first 2 months on the medication. Still getting used to it now after 14 weeks. Keep persevering and hopefully you will feel a lot better. I’m on the same dosage as you 👍👍

Your problem may not be connected to your Mental Health condition so it may be a good idea to confirm this problem with your GP.

However something like you describe MAY be related to Anxiety and Stress so it may be a good idea to to learn Relaxation Technique Mindfulness, it does help many sufferers to relax. You can purchase books on Amazon.

How long have you been taking this medication it can take upwards of five weeks to begin to feel settled on this medication.
