I have all the symptoms, I can’t stand it. I can’t afford treatment. Can’t afford therapy in general...
I don’t know what to do. Please... any advice?

Are you in the UK or elsewhere, possibly USA ?

USA, Utah
I live in the UK and I thought you would have some basic insurance.
Is there no service for the poor and uninsured where you are ?

Not currently. The COVID-19 is making it hard...
Hi kendracperez
I'm sorry that you're feeling so afraid right now. I want to start off by saying that you're not alone.
There are many people living with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) who manage it and are able to live fufilling lives. And, even if you're not able to access professional treatment right now, there is still support out there including peer support.
Additionally, there a couple of people in the HealthUnlocked Heal my PTSD community who are open about living with DID.
If you mention it on there I'm sure they'll introduce themselves and maybe they'll be able to offer you some reassurance.
I'm sorry I don't have any advice about how to access treatment/healthcare in your area but I hope it'll get easier once this current situation has passed.
If you need help urgently, please phone your country's emergency number, 911. You can also ring a crisis hotline to speak to someone in confidence if you need to. I'll link some information on this below.
The Heal My PTSD community has a post with a more comprehensive list of crisis hotlines (and various other support services) by country, including the USA, if you want to have a more detailed look.

(The main administrator of the community and I are gradually updating the list but you might want to double check that all the information in the USA section is up to date. I'm in the UK so have been working on updating the UK helplines as I have more knowledge of this and find the information easier to access.)
I hope things get easier for you soon and don't forget that you're not alone.
Take care.
Xx
Edit: I removed a YouTube video I previously linked in here because unfortunately the creator has now been shown to be, overwhelmingly, not a good representative or mental health Advocate, quite the contrary.
However, there is still a lot of positive representation of DID out there.
