Complaints procedure is a joke you contact a group called pals who don’t take you seriously and everything gets brushed under carpet , I’m playing them at there game much more entertaining

Have heard ur same complaint before n even have dealt with it myself in hospitals.Unfortunately ur at the mercy of them because u r there n emergencies take priority.

I would call the hospital administrator until they talk with ya or know ur name.

Here if ya need to vent.

Sorry u have to suffer in the process.

Sorry you had such a wait, A and E at this time is completely tied up, are you in the States ?

Why were you waiting for pain medications,, Could the chemist not be able to help you ?

Generally in the UK minor health concerns are pushed down the cue, they may have considered they had patients who had suffered serious accidents etc.

I have not been in A and E for many years now, the last time I had tried to take my life and I was left under observation, until they considered I was that much better. In the UK is is all down to a points system
