Keep pushing BUT it’s okay to take it easy
These days I don't feel like doing anything but I push myself and the results are worth it - pass in course or work done for disabled people, charity work
That’s great. Keep up the good work. You’re not alone...everyday is a struggle for me
There is no reason why the disabled, and people with Mental Health Concerns should not work Voluntary to help others. I have done that now since 1980 different levels of work for part time positions although Voluntary work when people are out of work gives people respect in themselves, also opens up doors for further Full Time Employment. People are more likely to give people work if they are in some sort of position, than if someone is out of work and just sitting doing nothing. The main dynamic of Voluntary Work is you work when you wish and you are helping like minded people with similar problems
The main thing to this work we get to give encouragement to others and they reciprocate their help to you, in short they become friends and associates
If you become involved with the Health Service, it is quite interesting, you learn regards policy and you will be able to discuss future plans and how to help in a round about way those on the wards as well.

Wow thanks for sharing your insight. I definitely want to learn more in regards to the policies for mental health to discuss future plans to better advocate for mental health via blogging.
