Hi everyone, I’m new here and just wanted to say hello. I’ve been anxious most of my life, suffered from bouts of depression since my mum and dad passed away a few years ago. Ive felt (and still feel) a bit isolated and looking to connect with people who understand what I’m going through. I’m looking forward to meeting you all here, BCB 🙂
