Hi everyone, I’m new here and just wanted to say hello. I’ve been anxious most of my life, suffered from bouts of depression since my mum and dad passed away a few years ago. Ive felt (and still feel) a bit isolated and looking to connect with people who understand what I’m going through. I’m looking forward to meeting you all here, BCB 🙂

Whe did you suffer your loss, did you manage to get any support from your GP or family members. Sometimes we need to be able to talk out our concerns so we are able to move on in our lives no matter how old we may be
