I hate when people use the term "I'm so OCD". I have OCD ,and I think that people who use this stupid term should have intrusive thoughts for a month.

Thank you for your message. I guess someone has used this term in an inappropriate way causing you some distress. Have you talked it through with someone you trust like a doctor or support worker?
