Quitinapine

Hi all

Am on 700mg of quitinapine a day. Take it at night. I still only get about 4 hours sleep.

Anyone else have this problem ?

Thank you for that. I do all the sleep hygiene stuff. Nothing seems to work. My mind won’t stop going round even though I am physically tired x
