Hi everyone, I'm new to the mental health site although have been with health unlocked for a few months and the different info I have received for my different issues has helped me out alot. My 31yr old beautiful daughter has been diognosed with paranoid schizophrenia, I don't know a great deal about it. It was brought on by a drug phycosous. She is doing ok at the moment but once she gets back onto the drug ice well I get scared. She becomes very unpredictable and everything changes about her including the look she gets in her eyes. I would really appreciate any feedback advice on her illness. Thanks for listening.

Hello and welcome to this supportive community. We were sorry to read that you are having problems and thank you for sharing with us what must be a very difficult time for you with your daughter. I am sure there are many of our members who can share with you their prospective on the diagnosis that your daughter has. However have you been able to look at the 'Pinned Posts' on your screen as there are free guides on mental health issues to download and there is amongst them a very comprehensive one on Schizophrenia. I hope this and the 'Topics' section is in some way helpful, please keep in touch with us all as we would love to know how you both are getting on.
